Our Circadian Rhythm is so vitally important that the 2017 Nobel Prize for Physiology / Medicine was jointly awarded to Jeffrey C. Hall, Michael W. Young, and Michael Rosbash for their discovery of the human molecular mechanisms controlling our Circadian Rhythm.
Sounds like something we all should know about doesn’t it? So what is a Circadian Rhythm and how can we make sure ours is in fine fettle?
Well, our Circadian Rhythm is basically the process through which our bodies self regulate within the environment in which we live, so that we can all be entirely in sync with the way of the world.
And, this is really important for a whole host of reasons, the main aspects of which will be covered in this short article…
Circadian Rhythm & Why It’s So Important
it doesn’t take a genius to realise, the next thing I’m going to reveal here, (especially if you’ve read any of my other stupendously uplifting articles 😉 ), is that we are failing to honour our Circadian Rhythms, at great cost to our health.
Circadian Rhythms are the net result of the way in which our body, and more specifically our eyes, interpret our surroundings and prepare us to be at one with ourselves and our immediate environs.
The light of the sun shining into our eyes tells us what time of day it is, which in turn allows us to budget our energy accordingly.
If it is morning, then the body’s awareness of this fact permits it to make provision for sufficient energy to be made available to fulfil what we set out to do on that day. It also allows us to slow down and reduce energy levels the closer we get to the evening so we may feel tired and ready to sleep at bedtime.
However, the use of modern radiation radiating devices, which often use blue light, like mobile phones, TV’s and computer screens, all seriously interfere with our Circadian Rhythm… especially at night. And, the use of wireless technologies is profoundly interfering with other energetic bodily functions, which, according to Martin Pall, PhD, and many other revered scientists in the field of electromagnetic biology, are having equally devastating effects on our health.
Circadian Rhythm Disruption
Watching TV or working at night on a computer / mobile / tablet / security system / gaming device etc exposes us to radiation as well as blue light.
As Jack Kruse makes clear in his video interview with Justin Marchigiani, (which I have posted at the bottom of the Shungite page), our screens emit the same level of light as the sun at midday, in midsummer, which is the brightest light we are ever going to experience.
But, because our eyes also tell us what time of day it is in relation to being exposed to artificial blue light, as well as the sun, this means, if we have sat with our eyes glued to a screen all evening, our body will believe it’s midday in summer when, in reality, it could just as easily be midnight in deep midwinter.
Doesn’t this entirely explain why so many of us are completely ‘wired’ when we go to bed at night? And, isn’t it one of the key reasons why insomnia is a much more real pandemic than the heavily inflated viral pandemics we are supposed to have suffered from in the 21st Century?
There’s Been Some Right Old Pandemics Recently Haven’t There!?
***SARS killed 774 people and infected 8,098 between November 2002 and July 2003, but the official sats often state that in excess of 20,000 deaths from SARS occurred in this period. We are doing a similar form of fanciful accounting where our latest global pandemic is concerned… But, with major financial incentives for medical staff, most overtly in the US, to specify deaths have been induced by Corona, rather than the actual cause of death, the figures are being heavily inflated.
Plus, in the UK, legal imperatives have been introduced by a deceptive government to force doctors to record death from Covid-19 and not the real, over-riding cause of death, resulting in the figures being completely skewed once more.)
Doctors in America can attract several thousand dollars in funding for their hospital for each Covid-19 death recorded, and the UK government have simply said that all cadivers which test positive for Covid-19, despite the tests being wholly unreliable, must be attributed to Coronvirus and not the real cause of death.
The reality is there’s a lot of people dying WITH Covid-19 who are NOT dying OF Covid-19.
Do You Still Believe The Official Line For The Iraq Invasion?
The situation really is pitiful… and even though the powers that be have gone to extraordinary lengths to bolster figures, the numbers are utterly minuscule compared to those used to convince us we needed to agree to lockdown for our own safety… A bit like how they slightly inflated the reality of WMD’s in Iraq by implying there were enough to KILL US ALL, when in reality there were NONE!
But over half a million innocent fathers, mothers and children died and many more were maimed before the truth finally came out.
Though, what do we care? The UK and US made a killing in financial terms as well. So, we’re alright Jack!
Erm… well… may be… no!?!
Isn’t it just like Big Pharma standing to make a financial and actual killing now…? Except, they’ve got their sights trained on us, for ‘their’ get richer quicker scheme, and not some racially differentiated, culturally disparate individuals, who don’t speak English, in some far flung distant land.

They’re Not Telling The Truth About Blue Screen & Wireless Tech Either
There are many people in the alternative medicine space trying to raise awareness about the dangers of modern tech. Sadly, their voices are not being heard because, since 2018, they have been heavily censored online.
Email software companies have refused to deliver the news via email. Payment portals have refused to provide payment support to sites selling certain alternative medical options and social media platforms have hobbled individual social media accounts delivering ‘alt med’ news so that hardly anyone sees their posts any more.
I have fallen victim to the latest swathe of complementary health censorship, and now my Facebook pages are limping instead of gaining momentum, despite increased interaction.

So What’s The Truth About Blue Screen & Wireless Tech?
Simple! It’s messing us right up!
So, if we must work with a blue screen at night then we need our Bono glasses!
Yes, there are special glasses which prevent the harmful, sleep-robbing rays from entering your eyes and messing up your biology.
Plus, in Morning Detox Protocols I explain the importance of early exposure to sun rays each day… We need to expose our eyes to direct, (outdoor), sunlight for at least 15 minutes in the morning so that our bodies know what time of day it is. Glass filters sunlight, making it unhelpful, and in some cases more harmful than good.
Only outdoor, unfiltered sunlight will program our body to budget our energy throughout the day slowly allowing us to tire in the evening thus preparing us for good night of restful sleep without interruption. Circadian Rhythm & Melatonin
Melatonin is our sleep hormone, without which we cannot get to sleep. It is also thought to be anti-cancerous and useful in many other respects also. Our hormone health is pivotal to our overall health!
Guess what!? We need our Circadian Rhythm to be well attuned to natural rhythms so that we may release Melatonin, in the right quantity, at night in order to make us fall asleep.
The reason it’s so important to gain a therapeutically beneficial nights sleep, is because our bodies repair and regenerate whilst we are in the sleep state.
Melatonin secretion occurs in the Pituitary Gland in the brain, but there are body-wide benefits. Melatonin has the unique ability to work intra-cellulary. But, it doesn’t just enter the cells in our body, it can actually enter the energy engines within our cells, known as Mitochondria, protecting and stabilising them, preventing them from sustaining damage, for example; oxidative stress.
Blue light at night from TVs and computers, as well as LED lights and eco energy bulbs etc, not to mention Neon lights if you live in the city, all suppress the Pineal Glands ability to produce Melatonin.
Chronic Melatonin reduction damages and weakens our Mitochondria over time, which leads to an ever diminishing amount of energy.
Melatonin is also needed for Glutathione production. Glutathione is the most important antioxidant in our bodies.
If you eat Blueberries for your health, know this :: Melatonin is an antioxidant which is hundreds of times more potent than the most antioxidant berries.
Circadian Rhytm & Autophagy
Autophagy is a fundamentally important process within the body. Autophagy essentially detoxifies and regenerates cells. A disrupted Circadian Rhythm interferes with the body’s ability to perform Autophagy.
Circadian Rhythm & Neurotransmitters
As with our Hormones, our Circadian Rhythm helps to regulate our Neurotransmitters, our body’s other form of chemical messenger.
We need our chemical messengers to maintain homeostasis within our bodies at all times.
