Hormone Balance
Hormone Balance is a recipe for an oil blend which is specifically intended for application on the pulse points of the wrist and the Vagus Nerve points on the neck.
It has also been developed to have a very pleasing and soothing feminine aroma. In fact, the fragrance of the Hormone Balance oil blend is incredibly alluring.
This is a recipe you can make at home, or alternatively you can use Thieves Oil 2020 for hormone detox and then use FACIAL OIL No. 2 or FACIAL OIL No. 8 afterwards for even better results.
You will need the following to make this hormone balancing recipe…

Applying Hormone Balance On The Wrists
Applying Hormone Balance to the wrists allows the blended oils to quickly enter the blood stream. The underside of the wrist is one of the few places on the body where major blood vessels are just below the surface of the skin. This, of course, means that they are much more accessible than almost all of our other arteries and veins.
*This is why it’s such a terrible place to put perfumes!
Perfumes can negatively affect our hormone balance… and then some…
Fragrances commonly contain parabens, phthalates, and synthetic musks that may cause hormone disruption, reproductive problems, or possibly cancer.

What Does Hormone Balance Do?
A recent customer, from sunnier climes, says it all very succinctly…
Thank you for providing me this lovely product, hormonal oil, it is working deeply.
Greetings from the sunny Canary Islands
Hormone Balance goes to work on a systemic level, gently inviting the endocrine system to recalibrate itself.
And, because stress reduces the level of Progesterone in the body, the soothing, calming qualities of this hormone oil maintains a good Progesterone to Oestrogen balance.
If stress remains unchecked, the body uses up all of it’s Progesterone, converting it into Cortisol to maintain the fight or flight response.
This is where Hormone Balance really comes into it’s own, but, in addition, Wild As The Wind also advocates a lot of the protocols in Morning Detox Protocols, particularly the breathing exercises towards the end of this long article. These breathing exercises help us regain our composure.
This is because certain breathing exercises engage the para-sympathetic nervous system, reducing our heart rate, cooling us down and allowing us to relax as the Cortisol, our stress hormone, starts being eliminated from the body.
The persistent stress of modern living, as well as the countless synthetic Oestrogens, called Xenoestrogens, swilling around in our environment, are causing extreme hormonal issues amongst women… But men are not exempt from the ill effects of these problems either.

*Those with extreme or chronic hormone imbalance, derived from a stress-induced Oestrogen dominance, should consider supplementing the Wild As The Wind hormone oil with adaptogenic herbs, which are detailed towards the end of Hormone Health Part Four.
Using Hormone Balance
Using Hormone Balance couldn’t be easier. Hormone Balance comes packaged in and amber glass bottle with pipette.
Simply squeeze a couple of drops of the Hormone Balance oil blend onto the pulse point of the inside of the wrist, (where people that don’t know any better tend to spray their perfumes), and rub you wrists together.
Hormone Balance Warnings & Allergy Advice
Avoid contact with clothing. Long term use of Hormone Balance could result in the staining or discolouration of clothing if it is regularly permitted to have contact with the hormone oil.
Hormone Balance contains nut oil.
Hormone Balance contains Lavender Essential Oil.
In our experience it is Lavender Essential Oil which is the most commonly poorly tolerated essential oil within our range.
This is mainly due to excessive usage and / or regular use of Lavender Essential Oil in it’s undiluted form. The internet is responsible for a lot of misinformation. It touts the use of undiluted Lavender Essential Oil and Tea Tree Essential Oil all over the place. It is criminal. These essential oils should be diluted with a carrier oil, just like all other essential oils.
If a reaction occurs wash with mild soap under running warm water. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

Thieves Oil 2020
Thieves Oil 2020 is a hormone balancing product suitable for both men and women. It has been formulated to be anti-viral and antibacterial as well as being able to counter the persistent problem of synthetic oestrogens in our environment.
Synthetic oestrogens, or xenoestrogens, lock onto cell receptor sites and refuse to let go, which means that our natural hormones have nowhere to dock.
Because hormones constitute one half of the bodies internal communication system, xenoestrogens are causing havoc with our body’s signalling.
Certain essential oils contain compounds that force the xenoestrogens to detach, thereby allowing our natural hormones to deliver their message.
Xenoestrogens are only one part of the puzzle for women, and the constituents in the essential oils used for dislodging xenoestrogens are not suitable to be used continuously, so we need a separate product to be used in short bursts with longer periods of cessation, allowing the body to detox the essential oil along with the xenoestrogens.
Everything is ultimately toxic it we eat enough of it often enough!
