Multiple Sclerosis Protocols

June 8, 2019 By Rachel Wild Leave a Comment

Multiple Sclerosis Protocols

Multiple Sclerosis is yet another autoimmune condition with unpleasant degenerative symptoms. It is curable with a protocol made up of a combination of dietary changes, a reduction of stress of all kinds, implementation of energetic medicine and herbal interventions.

A ketogenic style diet which is sugar and dairy-free is the best option whilst healing takes place.

For best results follow all of the advice provided by the seminal article on Gut Health.

Essential Oils For MS

Essential oils work energetically as well as physically, making them an ideal accompaniment within any MS protocol. They are also eminently detoxing, which is vital if health is to be restored.

***But, it’s the vibrational healing received from essential oil use which is particularly effective.

Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil is one of the most healing essential oils there is. Not only will it help directly with this condition, the peripheral benefits are also astounding. Clinically proven to be uplifting simply by being inhaled, this marvellous essential oil is also immensely potent as a free radical scavenger, thereby really helping to heal oxidative stress.

Helichrysum Essential Oil, particularly when used in conjunction with Frankincense Serrata Essential Oil, may support our neurological system and can alleviate some of the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. Use in a 1:1 ratio in a 5% dilution in your carrier oil of choice, (I prefer Sweet Almond), and apply to the temples, wrists and base of the feet up to five times a day for three weeks. Take one week off and repeat the cycle.

Cananga Essential Oil is also excellent for neurological function.

Rosemary Essential Oil and Copaiba Balsam Essential Oil are also beneficial.

Heavy Metals & MS

Detoxing heavy metals is also critical.

Latest scientific research in the UK has found that drinking silica-rich water helps reduce high levels of neurotoxic aluminium in those suffering from the disabling neurological illness Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Acilis

***I recommend Activated Silica and a good binder like Citrus Pectin. If you would like to know more, please ask your questions in the comments. Please don’t email me. Thanks.

*****Helichrysum Essential Oil, when taken internally, promotes healthy Liver, Pancreas and digestive function as well as facilitating heavy metal chelation.  Helichrysum Essential Oil also supports neurological tissue.

Managing MS Symptoms With Essential Oils

Essential oils can really help manage symptoms whilst you employ other protocols to eliminate MS symptoms permanently. But, essential oils really help to cure nerve damage and detox the body. They also boost immune function and heal us energetically.

We need this component because we are under synthetic energetic attack from wireless technologies!

This is important in view of the following…

The Ultimate Cause Of All Illness…

is energetic in origin…!

Best Carrier Oils To Use For MS

Some base oils, like Castor and Nigella Sativa are also very useful in detoxing and immune boosting. Castor Oil Packs, advocated by Edgar Cayce, and Nigella Sativa taken internally are very useful protocols along with Lemon and Cayenne Liver Detox Drink.

****** The video in the Edgar Cayce Castor Oil Pack link shows the use of plastic, which is heated and then the contents applied to the body. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES do I recommend doing this as the plastics release Xenoestrogens which are disastrous for our hormone health. Use glass or ceramic instead of a plastic bowl and only buy Castor Oil in a glass bottle, and make sure it’s Organic. Instead of the plastic bag, use waxed canvas.

All of the advice given here will gradually improve symtoms of MS. There’s no over-night cures, but considering the fact most people think there’s no cure at all, the news that MS can be cured, albeit it incrementally and relatively slowly, will surely come as a relief to many.

It’s often a three year journey, but there can be some major wins along the way… especially for those with food intolerances who are willing to eliminate the foods they have an issue with. Eliminating foods you are intolerant to can result in major wins.

However, lets not forget that some people experience instantaneous remission in the blink of an eye… so not let someone else’s experience determine yours! We are all different, and we all contract conditions for different reasons, and so we get better once those reasons have been understood and integrated.

Other Conditions Can Masquerade As MS

There is a lot of symptomatic overlap between MS and Lymes Disease so it pays to get tested. However, Lymes Disease tests are notoriously inaccurate… so it’s best to go to a Naturopath, or perhaps even consider bio-resonance.

Another imposter or pretender is excessive radiation. High levels of exposure to radiation will destroy our myelin sheath and lead to all of the symptoms of MS,

*According to Dr. Martin Pall, wireless technologies are causing the Autism epidemic and attention deficit disorders.

So, it’s crucial to limit exposure to wireless technologies if you have MS. Everyone should be turning their routers off at night.

Inflammation

MS is an inflammatory disorder and so emotional stress can also be a critical factor which instigates inflammation. Emotional stress is one of the key causes of leaky gut which is a condition which causes systemic inflammation.

There are multiple origins of inflammation, including diet, lifestyle, food intolerances as well as viral and bacterial infections which can all add up to an MS diagnosis.

You can also be genetically predisposed to MS.

Food intolerances & MS

Cheese causes lesions on the brain. Cutting out coffee is also very helpful.

Food intolerances contribute to MS, so finding out what you are intolerant to and cutting these things out is crucially important.

We are usually intolerant to dairy, grains and oftentimes legumes. Nightshade foods, like potatoes, tomatoes, aubergine, peppers and goji berries etc, are also another common food group which cause issues for many people.

Herbal interventions For MS

Aside from the all important dietary interventions, herbal interventions are also important.

Culinary Herbs

Culinary herbs to include in your diet are:

  • Turmeric + Black Pepper (the two together are 2,000 times more bioavailable)
  • Sage, as the name suggests, helps with brain function
  • Rosemary (although using the essential oil will be more effective in improving memory)
  • Saffron
  • Ginger – juicing with fresh ginger is a must!

Medicinal Herbs

Gotu Kola is the best herb for Multiple Sclerosis. It helps regenerate nerve tissue and restores the myelin sheath. It also helps to heal the brain tissue. High doses of Gotu kola are therefore essential to any MS healing protocol.

Ashwagandha is also very useful in conjunction with Gotu Kola.

Adaptogenic herbs in general are good. Both Gotu Kola and Ashwagandha are adaptogens, but there are many others. Rhodiola can have good results also.

Calamus and Gingko Biloba are also great for brain health.

Because adaptogenic herbs are critical for HPA Axis function, which governs the stress response, if long-term stress is a factor in your MS then adaptogenic herbs will be a God-send.

Stress can be cause by both physical and emotional sources.

Two great resources for stress are:

Morning Detox protocols

Evening Detox protocols

*** The most important herb for MS in this section is Gotu Kola. So, if you are on a restrictive budget this is the one you should get.

Vitamins & Nutrients for MS

High doses of Vitamin E

High doses of B12, as low levels of B12 is a precursor to conditions like MS and ALS.

*Make sure Pernicious Anaemia is not a problem.

Healthy fats… including animal fats, and clean sources of Omega 3 in fish oils. Uncooked Olive Oil is also very useful, as are Avocados and Okra, which is full of glutamine.

The brain is 60% fat as is the myelin sheath around the nerve, which gets damaged in people with MS, so it’s vitally important to have good sources of healthy amounts of good fats.

Fat doesn’t make us fat. It’s only fat eaten in conjunction with sugar which will load on the pounds.

Essential Oils For MS

All of the anti-inflammatory essential oils are great for MS The following are the best:

Essential Oils For Inflammation & WiFi

  • Helichrysum Essential Oil
  • Frankincense Essential Oil :: Really improves brain function and memory, as does Rosemary Essential Oil.
  • Rosemary Essential Oil is also the best essential oil for protection against Wifi / wireless technologies. This is because Rosemary Essential Oil protects our DNA and therefore prevents the damage caused by wireless technologies at a cellular level. Read Rosemary Essential Oil Science for more information and clinical research to support this information.

Essential Oils For Peripheral Neuropathy

MS causes peripheral neuropathy, and so the following oils are also excellent:

  • Basil Essential Oil
  • Rosemary Essential Oil
  • Geranium Essential Oil
  • Sweet Birth Essential Oil (if you can tolerate the smell)

Other Essential oils are listed in the Wild As The Wind Peripheral Nerve Tonic, all of which are helpful.
