There are many things we can do to prevent contracting Covid-19 / Corona Virus… and the first is simply to stay calm! And, the second is to sleep properly! These are the most important things we can do to ensure optimal natural immunity… but, I appreciate, it’s sometimes easier said than done in a stressful, toxic world!

The beauty of the human body is that it is an incredible self healing system. IAnd, given half a chance, it’s also capable of mounting some very impressive defences.
This means that all of the main ways of preventing contracting Covid-19 are COST FREE! It’s not often you hear that is it?
Furthermore, some of the things you can do to stay well will actually SAVE YOU MONEY!
Sadly, we live in a toxic world, and many of us are eating toxic food and drinking toxic water, all of which undermine our natural immunity… But, the good news is, all of this can change!
Restoring Natural Immunity
The way to restore natural immune function is simple. We need to remove what’s toxic and replace it with what is healthy.
Sadly, a lot of us don’t know what is toxic and what is not.

Eliminating refined sugar and vegetable fats from your diet are the two most important steps in this list.
It takes two weeks to get beyond a sugar addiction. But, remember there is a lot of hidden sugar in processed foods, so these really need to go.

Obviously it’s not going to be possible to transform ourselves and our lives over night. To do so would be very stressful! Which is the opposite of what we need.

Corona Virus Prevention & Cures
It is important to state at the outset that science has an awful lot to learn about health and the human body. It also has a lot to learn about all other living creatures and plant species, the health of our planet and the different eco-systems.
The same is true of viruses and of this novel coronavirus.
Science is not set in stone. Research results often conflict with research done elsewhere, and one doctor’s opinion will differ to another’s. This is why so many people seek a ‘second opinion’.
We also know that the observer influences the observed, which means those that conduct research influence the outcome of their research, so no matter how objective we try to be, and no matter how clinically scrupulous we are, the outcomes of research are never going to be entirely and exactly the true actuality of the situation.
Perhaps our understanding can never be exact because the ultimate truths are inscrutable to mere mortals. Or, perhaps this is the case because circumstances are always evolving and changing, so outcomes must also do the same?
May be there are no definite answers in an energetic world where solid mass appears to have manifested?

Don’t Panic!
Keeping calm and carrying on is really the best thing we can do to prevent any form of infection! We all need to learn to breathe properly, and learn how to activate our Vagus Nerves.
It is believed that 90% of all of our health conditions start with the Vagus Nerve, either through an imbalance, but more often than not, due to viral or bacterial infections.

(Stimulating the Vagus Nerve gets us out of ‘fight or flight’ mode and into ‘rest and digest’ mode. When we are in ‘fight or flight’ our immune system shuts down. Some Perspective!
One way to maintain a calm outlook is to take a measured view of what we are being told through the media.
We all know that drama sells newspapers, and that sensationalism drives readership and viewer statistics. So, even the most serious stories are going to have an element of sensationalism thrown in for good measure!
It’s important to try and focus on the context of the information we are being told, such as death statistics in the context of annual figures and those relating to the last decade etc. Context often defuses an explosively panicky situation.
Vagus Nerve Massage For Staying Calm
Apply a couple of drops of properly diluted Anti-Viral Essential Oils of your choice, or use the Wild As The Wind Thieves Oil 2020, to the tips of your fingers and rub them together until warm.
Once warm, apply your essential oil blend to the Vagus Nerve points directly behind the ear lobes, where the hinge / joint of your Mandible, (jaw bone), meets your neck.
Continue to very gently massage this area for at leat a couple of minutes only stopping after all of your oil blend seems to have been absorbed.
**The warmer your oil blend is the more easily and quicker it will be absorbed.
Repeat up to five times a day.
Detoxing, stimulating and helping rid our Vagus Nerves of viral and other infections really helps to restore balance to the body… so it’s a great thing to do anyway!

Get Enough Quality Sleep

Are Antiviral & Antibacterial Essential Oils Helpful?
I wrote a lot about natural healthcare methods for addressing issues surrounding coronavirus in Antiviral Essential Oils and Antibacterial Essential Oils, some of which I have pulled across into this article, as it’s information which is also helpful here.
Plus, I have added Antiviral Essential Oils For Children to Antiviral Essential Oils as well as mentioning them here briefly.
However, it must be understood that there are many different types of viruses. Because of this an essential oil which is thought to be antiviral may only be able to mitigate the effects of a single virus, and will, therefore, be very unlikely of any benefit in preventing the spread of coronavirus or even in helping to mitigate symptoms.
Some essential oils are purported to be more broad-spectrum antivirals, but again there are no guarantees they will help in any way with coronavirus. None have even been tested in this context.
However, the use of essential oils could still be beneficial in a number of ways:
- Essential oils are non-toxic when used correctly, and they may turn out to be beneficial, after all, so you are likely better off using them than not.
- Essential oils are pleasurable to use and tend to reduce stress levels, which is known to improve immune function.
- The placebo effect.
Essential Oil Claims
Despite many essential oils having been used for many centuries, and there being volumes of anecdotal evidence to support their efficacy in treating many conditions in a non-toxic manner, anecdotal evidence is not considered proof of anything.
Wild As the Wind is aware of at least one case where the authorities have come down hard on a website that has published information suggesting essential oils are antiviral and beneficial for treating coronavirus. For example, the FDA, (Food & Drug Administration), have brought a case against a large essential oil vendor in the US stating that:

Wireless Technologies Are Worse For Children

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is the best vitamin for bolstering our immunity and fighting bacterial and viral infection. Vitamin C, has in fact, come off extremely well when pitted against the efficacy of antibiotics in the treatment of bacterial infections… and, of course, modern medicine doesn’t currently have a viable option for treating viral infections… The support for Vitamin C as a better treatment for bacterial infections than antibiotics as well as it’s ability to treat viral infections is compelling owing to the volume of scientific evidence proving this.

Other Vitamins & Minerals
Zinc
Zinc is a great immune boosting mineral, and it’s always advisable to supplement with Magnesium as well. A lot of us tend to be deficient in Magnesium.
Zinc carries a negative charge which supports health, but it also inhibits viral replication. 20mg to 50mg per day. But do not take more Zinc than this as it will prompt the body to retract it’s receptors which will end up with you not being able to make use of any of the Zinc you are taking.
Quercetin & Bromelain
Quercetin is very anti-histamine and so it will reduce the severity of cytokine storms. Because we live in a toxic world, and because SARS Cov 2 is a gain of function virus, which our bodies doesn’t recognise, the scale of the immune response can be disproportionate in some people. In these instances it’s the immune response and not the virus which is killing people. So, it is important to reduce cytokein and histamine activity.
This is what Quercetin does very ably.
Also, when Quercetin supplementation is coupled with Zinc and Vitamin C, this combination of nutrients enables the Zinc to enter the cells to fight SARS Cov 2 on an intracellular basis. The sooner you supplement with this combination of supplements the less severe your immune response will be.
Having SARS Cov 2 is like having an acute burst of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. To understand the processes you are going through when infected with SARS Cov 2, and to learn about the other things you can do and take to help calm everything down, please read Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.
Sadly, it is anticipated that cytokein and histamine activity will likely be a lot more elevated in vaccinated people than in those who are unvaccinated.
If you are unvaccinated and have a reasonably healthy diet, and you take care of yourself, then you will recover quite quickly and you won’t be extremely unwell.
Selenium
Selenium is vitally important because it prevents viral replication.
Selenium is also critical for Thyroid health, which is the master controller of our information delivery system within the body… i.e. our endocrine or hormone system.
To get your daily dose of Selenium all you need to do is eat four Brazil Nuts a day. That’s it!
However, some believe Selenium can be bad for us after we have contracted the virus… They say that taking Selenium whilst suffering from Covid-19 can lead to CYTOKINE STORMS in the lungs which then produce a lot of fluids which impair breathing, and can cause death. Iodine
Iodine is vitally important for immune function. It is also critical for Thyroid function.
Anyone spotting a pattern here…?
Kelp is a great source of Iodine. (Start slow when you’re taking it as it can cause anxiety if you overdo it.) Those with Hashimoto’s need to consult their doctor before supplementing with Iodine.
I prefer to take Phytoplankton from Detox Trading, which conveys a lot more nutritional benefit than just the Iodine content.
Garlic
Garlic is nature’s antibiotic and anti-viral…
Garlic, even in the form of Garlic capsules, is very useful for fighting viral infections.
It is one of the critically important ingredients in the Master Tonic.
Trace Minerals
Trace minerals are needed for cell signalling, so a good all round mineral supplement is important… although I prefer to take Shilajit or a pure plant based mineral blend. Iget my Shilajit from Detox Trading.
When you start taking mineral supplements, your body will release a load of stored toxins and heavy metals into your system for excretion. But, unless you are taking a binder like grapefruit pectin, then you are likely to reabsorb these heavy metals, which can even end up in your brain.

Vitamin D
Vitamin D, which is actually an hormone, is vitally important, which you can get from fish oil or eating liver. Fish oils can be very contaminated so it’s important to buy one which is free of heavy metals, and do not touch livers from conventionally reared chickens or livestock.

Coloidal Silver and sprouted broccoli seeds are also worth considering, but always take a binder if you are using foods and supplements which are likely to releases stored toxins back into your system. Eating a lot of sprouted broccoli seeds can do that.
Use Coloidal Silver nasal sprays for killing viral nasal infections.
Turmeric & Ginger
Turmeric and Ginger are also important… Try and cook with them almost daily in good quantities! But, juicing fresh Turmeric and Ginger is even better.
Taking a heaped spoon of dried, powdered Turmeric daily with black pepper (10 to 20 grinds of your pepper grinder) will increase bio-availablity 2,000-fold.
Nigella Sativa
Nigella Sativa is considered to be the cure for everything but death, and so should be considered. It improves Liver and digestive health.
Tinctures
Liver tonics like Holy Thistle tincture, formerly known as Milk Thistle, are very much advised as we are dealing with unprecedented toxicity within our environment and food, and it’s our poor livers which are mainly having to deal with it all.
